What is Personal Information?

Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, facsimile numbers and dates of birth.

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including interviews, correspondence, by telephone and facsimile, by email, via our website when submitting an online enquiry or from third parties. We do not guarantee website links or policies of authorised third parties.

Personal Financial Information

With your express verbal permission, we may also keep your credit card number on our internal client system for the singular purpose of processing payment for invoices issued to you, for goods taken by you. Credit card information is only accessed by the owners of the business and one administration staff member when processing payments. This information is deleted once you no longer wish to pay using this method, or once you are no longer purchasing from us, whichever is soonest.

Why do we collect Personal Information?

We collect your Personal Information for the primary purposes of providing our services to you, to ensure compliance with our Terms of Trade, and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of the email or by contacting us by phone or in writing.

When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

Jubilee Packaging Pty Ltd will not charge any fee for your access request. We will endeavour to process your request and provide you with the information within five business days.

In order to protect your Personal Information, we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
